The project was delivery over two phases, on behalf of the end user North East Ambulance Service.
Phase 1: Compromised of a small steel frame extension, external works and M&E fit out.
Phase 2: The larger of the phases, consisted of a stand-alone garage capable of housing five NEAS vehicles. During this phase Tri Construction also undertook drainage and service diversions, external works and a small M&E fit out to the new garage.
