Design and Build Contract for a new build large industrial unit for UK Land Estates. The project consisted of a large portal frame, cladded with composite and twin skin cladding, sectional doors and a ground floor concrete slab. The unit also housed a ground and first floor open plan office space, mezzanine floor, including toilet, shower and kitchen facilities.
