Tri Construction managed this project from inception to completion as part of a Design and Build contract.
The project consisted of the redevelopment of a redundant brownfield plot within the demise of Teesside Industrial Estate. A complex superstructure and external envelope design comprised of intricate detailing between timber cladding, curtain walling and rainscreen cladding providing a challenging design phase for the team but rewarded with an excellent final product.
The project was delivered several weeks ahead of programme, and was well received by our Client UK Land Estates.
