Design and Built Contractor for a new build 54,000ft2 industrial unit for UK Land estate. The initial project consisted of a large portal frame cladded with composite and twin skin cladding, sectional doors and a ground floor concrete slab. Tri Construction proceeded to fit out unit on behalf of Pryme Group. The fit out included a ground floor and first floor office, canteen and toilet facilities. The warehouse was divided into two workable areas with a Metsec walling system, rear sectional doors widened to accommodate delivery of specialist fabrication equipment and installation of four overhead cranes.
UK Land Estates and Tri Construction were pleased to be awarded with Commercial Development of the Year for Unit L5, at the North East Property Awards 2018.
