Team Valley Project Award

Tri Construction have been appointed by UK Land Estates to design and construct a 67,000 sq ft industrial unit in the heart of Team Valley Trading Estate.
Team Valley is the north east’s premier business estate, home to over 700 businesses employing over 20,000 people. Central Way promises to be a great addition to UK Lands committed development plans for the estate and surrounding area.
The project is due to start early 2025 and will be complete Q3 2025.
