Willowburn Retail Park, Alnwick

We are delighted to break ground at Willowburn Retail Park, Alnwick this week.
The project is Phase 2 of the wider development plan for the retail park by Northumberland Estates.
The multimillion pound development is spread over two areas of retail park, area one consists of a 25,000sq ft pre let unit for B&M Homestore, the unit is complete with external Garden Centre facility, service yard and customer carpark. Across the shared carpark sees the construction of area two which compromises of two smaller 5,000 sq ft units, one of which is earmarked for Mountain Warehouse.
The project is valued at £5.5m and is expected to be completed late July 2024
