Wickes DIY, Pennywell, Sunderland

We are delighted to achieve a successful handover, on behalf of our client North East Property partnerships, of the new Wickes building on Pennywell Industrial Estate, Sunderland. Tri Construction Ltd were responsible for the new build of the shell which comprises a steel framed structure, composite cladding, glazing entrance screens and floor slabs. In addition the external car parks, hardstanding, fencing and landscaping

The 20,000s sqft facility, will now be fitted out by Wickes themselves in readiness for the official opening in early July. We believe this will be a great addition to the area and a successful branch for the Travis Perkins Group.
